'Venus Born out of the Sea' - Digital Art Illustration by Menega Sabidussi.
My interpretation of Botticelli's Birth of Venus. According to legend, Venus, goddess of love, grace, beauty and pleasure, sex, enticement, seduction, and persuasion, arose from the sea foam and is often depicted floating on a scallop shell. She is also known as Aphrodite, the Greek equivalent to the Roman Venus, who held myrtle, doves, sparrows, horses, and swans sacred (hence the feathers in the picture).
