A typical scene in the Alfama district, Lisbon's maze-like historic residential neighbourhood of labyrinthine streets, alleys and walkways with electric wiring criss-crossing haphazardly everywhere over the walls. The Alfama is full of picturesque corners and scenes like this one with the black and white dog looking out of the yellow house, perfectly framed by the window.
